If you truly want to change your life, you have to start by changing your habits. What you do every day defines who you are. The problem? Building better habits isn’t always easy.
That’s why we’ve created the Healthy Habits Challenge. With the guidance of experienced coaches and the support of a like-minded community, we’ll help you create the habits that will stick—long after the challenge ends.
For 30 days, you’ll work on these four powerful habits:
- 0 Sweet: Treats:Say goodbye to added sugars.
- 0 Alcohol: Take a break to reset your body and mind.
- 60 Minutes of Movement Daily: Commit to moving your body every day.
- 250 Words of Journaling Daily: Reflect, process, and gain clarity through journaling. Or read a book for 30 mins
None of these habits are easy, but they’re worth it. The first few days will be tough, but with group accountability, coaching, and determination, you’ll make it through—and feel amazing on the other side.
Here’s how we’re setting you up for success:
1. Accountability Through Investment
The challenge costs $100. This fee is an investment in yourself, providing access to coaching while ensuring you’re serious about sticking with it.
2. Simple Tracking
You’ll receive a pen-and-paper tracking sheet to record your progress daily. Post it on your fridge or another visible spot to stay motivated.
3. Exclusive Golden Transform T-Shirt

4. Guidance for the Future
At the end of the challenge, sit down with your coach to review your progress and create a personalized plan to maintain your new habits.
