When I was a student competitive swimming was my first sport, later as an adult I trained in Martial Arts. Then I started CrossFit in 2009.
My personal fitness routine has had many stages, and my main goal is to keep going as much as possible. I've worked through injuries, slumps in motivation, and stressful events, but I always remember that you can get through anything, just keep trying.
I enjoy seeing clients succeed. For me, it's about listening to the athlete's perspective, their goals, motivation, challenges, and fears and using that information to help get results.
