About

I grew up playing many different sports.  My favorites were baseball, basketball, and football. For me, sports were my escape from the world. I loved breaking barriers and achieving new levels. I enjoyed the focus and determination it often required as well as the comradery with teammates working towards a singular goal. Today, in my free time I still challenge myself physically and mentally to grow and expand,  focusing on activities that allow for introspection and self-discovery. When looking for activities now I play golf, snowboard, or find a challenging run/race, practice yoga.
My coaching journey actually began with yoga. In 2013 I discovered the power of mindfulness and found my true passion in yoga and meditation. Recently I joined Transform Fitness as a yoga instructor and expanded into coaching CrossFit and Personal training. My coaching philosophy, emphasizes the mind-body-spirit connection through intentional breathing. I am inspired by a holistic approach that I believe can truly transform lives.
