About

Andrew has been involved in fitness for the last 15 years. His journey started in high school when he tore his ACL playing lacrosse. During the rehab process, he gained a new appreciation for strength training because he saw the value that directly translated back to the sport he loved. Flashing forward to 2012, he was introduced to CrossFit by one of his friends.
From there, his fitness adventures took off. From the group atmosphere to the variety of movements, the intensity, and of course all the cardio, CrossFit was exactly what he was looking for to propel his mental and physical health. He continued CrossFit all throughout college while playing on the UM lacrosse team. In December 2015, he decided to take the next step and get his CrossFit Level 1 to help coach other athletes towards the same love for the sport in addition to obtaining improved mental and physical health.
When’s not working on his Real Estate career and helping clients find the perfect house, you can find him coaching or getting after a long workout while listening to his favorite country music!

Turning Point

A turning point for me was when I tore my ACL and had to take a pause playing the sport that I loved. After surgery, I found that the rehab and strength training that was requested to heal my knee drastically helped improve my skills and fitness on the lacrosse field. Once I saw this change, I knew that I needed fitness in my life. Ever since then, I have consistently worked out and belonged to a gym. It's my happy place and a great stress reliever!

Passion & Motivation

My purpose for coaching is to push people beyond what they think they can. Have them dig deep and really put everything they have into a workout, not just run through the movements. I want to see them collapse on the floor when they're finished with a smile on their face!
